The Industrial Estate has at its disposal 120 hectares of land available for development.

Some plots already benefit from direct access, with the possibility of providing plots between 1 and 5 hectares.

For larger plots (up to 40 hectares), planning permission is required. It is easily obtained thanks to the mediation of one, unique partner : the SIZIAF. Moreover, the land analysis has been carried out and the land has been acquired by the developer; hence, planning permission is extremely quick.

Selling price of the plots : 14€/m2.

Numerous financial backers are available according to the type of project : number of jobs created, whether the building is ecological or not.
